MR. MOHAN NAIR is the Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Gayathri. He is a graduate in Economics and has over 20 years of experience in this field. His managerial skills, competence and his efficiency in encouraging the employees to work as a team have contributed much to the company’s success.

MR. P. NANDAKUMAR is the Executive Director of Al-Gayathri. He is a graduate in Commerce and has nearly a decade’s experience in tea processing at auctions, quality control and packaging. In the coming years, Mr. NandaKumar is looking forward to further strengthen the R&D and Product development to International standards.

MR. P. RAJESH is the Chief Tea Taster at Al-Gayathri. He has years of experience in the tea industry and has been a tea taster for nearly a decade. He is involved in ensuring tea standards, buying tea at auctions, control of packaging and managing the tea depot.

MR. HARIKUMAR is the Export Manager with 10 years of experience in tea exports. He is involved in customer service, export documentation and managing the export division.
